What you get

TabKeep is a Chrome extension that saves your browser sessions. The free plan works on your own computer. Pro adds an encrypted cloud backup, sync across devices, scheduled named snapshots and restore of older backups, for the plan you bought: monthly (renews until you cancel) or lifetime (one payment).

Lifetime

Lifetime means Pro for as long as TabKeep and its cloud service are offered. If we ever stop offering the cloud service we will give reasonable notice and let you download all your encrypted backups first.

Your data and your passphrase

Your sessions are encrypted in your browser with a key derived from your passphrase before they are uploaded. We store ciphertext and cannot read it. We cannot recover a forgotten passphrase, and without it your backups cannot be decrypted by anyone. Keep it safe.

Fair use

The cloud service holds up to 150 MiB per license and 60 snapshots. Do not use it to store other people's data, malware or anything unlawful, and do not try to disturb the service. We may suspend a license that abuses it.

License key

A license key is for you. Do not publish or resell it. A key is valid for about five weeks at a time and renews by itself while the license is active.

Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, the merchant of record. Refunds follow the refund policy.

No warranty and liability

TabKeep is provided as it is. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot lose. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Turkish law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence.
